Editing Style

After your own final polish but before formatting, a copy edit works to locate and correct final grammar, punctuation, spelling, usage, and continuity problems left in your manuscript.

Microsoft Word's Track changes feature is used to provide feedback in adherence to The Chicago Manual of Style guidelines. Detailed comments and suggestions are made throughout, while style issues are corrected in the body of the manuscript. The amount of feedback is dependent on the condition of the writing itself. 

I'll review line by line to ensure proper use of the following:

• grammar
• punctuation
• spelling
• word usage
• continuity

Timeline: 2-4 weeks 

Fee based on word count, with a minimum of $250 per project.
