I'm driven to help writers grow, blossom, succeed...it makes me happy and is the foundation for everything I do. I offer support every step of the way to help you realize your full writing potential. 

I started my professional career years ago as a performance consultant and have since worked to apply those skills in the world of publication. After completing my masters in Organizational Psychology, I designed growth and development programs, training curriculum, and coached employees on their performance in a corporate setting. Although I found helping organizations achieve their goals through developing their workforce very satisfying, I was yearning for a more personal and creative focus in this line of work. Working directly with individual employees to help them learn and grow was always my favorite part. 

After starting a family and staying home for the initial years, I began to look for ways to mesh my business acumen with personal hobbies and interests. Books and reading have always brought me joy—there's no better escape than being fully immersed in a great story! I wanted to find a way to utilize my performance coaching skills in a creative field that I loved and related to. I began by editing manuscripts for a boutique publisher, and I was hooked. This position quickly expanded to also include managing multiple author accounts and publication timelines. Finally, I was supporting clever people to grow and develop their passions and was excited about my job everyday. 

Now I've spent nearly a decade doing what I love in a field that offers the imagination and heart I was seeking. I currently live in sunny San Diego, CA with my family and rescue pup/sidekick, Maple.
